If you decide to cancel the SIKKA service, a refund will be possible as follows:
- If the cancellation is made more than 48 hours before your flight you will receive a 100% refund of your payment.
- If the Cancellation is made between 48 and 24 hours before your flight you will receive a 50% refund of your payment
- If you do not show up and have not used your service or Sikka Pass, no refund will be applicable.
- For Gold and Platinum services if the cancellation is made within 24 hours before your flight, a 50% refund will be made.
The modification of your reservation can be made 2 hours before the scheduled time of your flight. Less than 2 hours from your flight, this modification will be considered as a No SHOW and will not give rise to any refund.
Any service refused for any reason will be charged at 100%.
Any refund due to you will be made within 30 days of the date of validation of your refund by our financial services.
If you purchase one of our services with a discount or promo code, no refund will be accepted. In the event of disruption caused by natural phenomena, including, but not limited to, volcanic activity and adverse weather conditions, our cancellation and refund policies will apply.
