You can also get all information at the SIKKA counter at the airport. This service is open every day from 6 am till 6 pm.
Arrival Services : you will be met near the air-bridge; escorted to and through visa on arrival, security and immigration and PCR Test zone. Expert local airport staff will help collect your bags, escort you through customs checks and take you direct to your driver or welcome party.
Departure Services : you will be met near the entrance of the terminal building; and escorted to and assisted through security, check in, customs and immigration. You will be taken to your airline or member lounge, or direct to the flight’s boarding gate area.
Baggage assistance is included. For some services (Gold and Platinum Pass) a porter will take in charge of your baggage. Lounge access is included on arrival for Platinum Pass and on Departure for Gold and Platinum Passes
For arrivals, they will be waiting with a signboard for you at or near the end of the air-bridge or air corridor (i.e. somewhere between the airplane door and the terminal building). Alternatively – if the airline has parked at a remote location and a tarmac bus is used to transfer you from the plane to the terminal – they will wait with a signboard at the entrance to the terminal building where the airline’s bus drops you off.
For departures, they will be waiting for you at “kerbside” (meaning at the drop-off zone), or – because of the heat – at a special counter or booth just inside the terminal. Where you will be met is described in your booking confirmation.

For all arrival Pass the limit is 24 hours prior to your arrival in Libreville
For all departure preferably your reservation must be done on line at least 24 hours prior to departure
Pass could be also bought on the same day at SIKKA counter at least 2h30 prior to departure
Payment by Credit Card, Airtel Money can be done online for all the services.

Adults (12+) pay full rate – Discount of 20% applies if number of adults is over 3
Children (6y to 12y) pay a special rate
Children under 6y are free of charge

You can modify your reservation 24 hours prior to the date the service must be provided in case your flight has been cancelled or for medical reasons
You must address an email to l firstname.lastname@example.org with your booking reference. If you want to modify your booking for medical reasons please join a medical certificat
Our operational team is checking at anytime the airline schedule for all flights departing or arriving in Libreville.
The service booked will be provided to you on time whatever will be the schedule of your flight.
